Sunday Before Christmas

Here are our attempts at getting a family picture. Enjoy!

Christmas Party 2009

We had a great Christmas Party this year. The food was yummy and our White Elephant gift exchange was so much fun. I took pics before the party started but I forgot to get the camera out until the end so I only have a few pics of our guests.

Cabin Fun

We decided to go up to the cabin in the beginning of December and posted an open invite to come with us on our playgroup blog. We had a lot of fun with Melissa and Amber and their families. We played rockband and the kids had fun watching movies and playing in the loft eaves. Thank you for comming with us Melissa and Amber!

When Daddy Babysits...

The girls put themselves down for a nap.

Thanksgiving 2009

We had so much fun this year on our Thanksgiving holiday. It was nice to get out of cold and dreary Idaho and go to sunny St. George. The food was yummy and we got to go swimming at Grandma and Grandpa Jones' heated club house pool. One of our favorite things was going to Jumping Jacks and playing on all of the bounce houses. We also got to go hiking and see some ancient Indian pictures.

Isabelle turns 4

On November 5th Isabelle and 4 of her friends (they all have birthday's within a week of eachother) had a joint birthday party at Blast Off in Idaho Falls. It was so much fun! We had about 25 kids there and they just ran around and played the whole time, except when it was time for pizza and cake. Isabelle's favorite thing was the balloon box where she won a free rock climb. Right before she started climbing and we were puting her shoes on she was staring at the rock wall and saying to herself... "don't be scared, don't be scared, don't be scared" It was really cute and she was really brave and climbed up almost to the top.

Halloween Post # 2

We went to a local pumpkin patch that had this awesome train. It took us all around the farm. The kids loved it. It was a tight squeeze for Drew and I but we fit on also.

Isabelle as Elmo and I at our Church Trunk or Treat. It was raining all day and stopped right before the activity started.

Kate as Cookie Monster. She would not let go of her candy bucket. We had to distract her with a donut to get it out of her hand to strap her into the car.

Will as Dragon Boy. We got this costume 2 years ago and he really wanted to use it again. It was a little short on the legs and arms but it worked. This is a picture of Will at his class party that I helped put together. It was fun to see all of the Kindergartners dressed up.

On Halloween night we went to Idaho Falls to go trick or treating at Great Grandma (93 yrs old) and Great Grandpa (92) Harris' House. We do this every year so in the past the kids really haven't gone trick or treating around a neighborhood but this year Will new what was supposed to happen so we went trick or treating around Drew's parents neighborhood. We have never had so much candy. I don't know what we are going to do with it all. So far we have only let Will and Isabelle eat about 3 pieces each. We will probably still have some next Halloween.

Thank you Grandma Harris for having such a great costume collection. We didn't have to buy any costumes this year!
